Wall Street Journal on managers
A new Wall Street Journal article extensively quotes Chris Jaffe's recent manager study.
Strangely, reporter Russell Adams lists outgoing managers in order of Chris's rankings, but don't actually give the numbers.

Phil,
I don't know if it's all that strange. To do that you have to explain the numbers, and maybe the 10:1 run:win ratio. Besides, when I spoke to him, I mentioned I disagreed with how the data viewed Leyland because of '98 & '99.
